DURABLE - KITA SOLID FOAM was put through a durability test by TÜV Rheinland LGA. The test concluded that our mattress’s height merely reduced by 0.16 inch after 60,000 times stroking and 150 kg of force applied to the mattress which is equivalent to 10 years of daily 8 hours of usage.
SAFE - KITA SOLID FOAM was tested by SGS, the world’s leading inspection and testing company, and found to emit zero toxic chemicals. In addition we tested for benzene, toluene, xylene, p-dichlorobenzene, ethylbenzene and styrene – the six most dangerous volatile organic compounds (VOCs) that have been known to cause headache, nausea, dizziness and allergic reactions.
LIGHT - KITA SOLID FOAM is constructed with 20% Lightweight Aggregate and 80% Medium Density Polyurethane Foam. The particles of aggregate are used to increase flow rate, reduce resistance, and lighten weight.
